ABOUT:
Joey Piziali was born in Stanford, California. He received his B.S. from the University of Colorado, Boulder and his MFA in painting from the San Francisco Art Institute. He has exhibited his work extensively in San Francisco as well as Los Angeles, New York and Singapore. Piziali’s work is in the public collections of the City of Palo Alto, CA; San Jose, CA and the de Saisset Museum, Santa Clara, CA as well Twitter’s San Francisco HQ. As an active member in the San Francisco art scene for over 20 years he is the co-director & co-founded of Romer Young Gallery. Piziali has also been a guest lecturer at the California College of Arts, San Francisco Art Institute as well as a painting instructor at SFAI, City College of San Francisco and Sarah Lawrence College.

Piziali is currently based between Tahoe and San Francisco, CA.
